Get Alkaline Fast with Green Juice

You’ve likely heard about the ph scale that ranges from acidic on one end to basic/alkaline on the other. But have you heard that the ph of your blood drastically effects your experience of life and your level of wellness?

The foods you eat automatically influence your blood’s ph balance. Some foods nudge your blood’s ph toward acid while other foods move your blood into the alkaline range of the ph spectrum.

For optimal health, you want to keep your blood on the alkaline side of neutral (which is around 7 on the ph scale).

The thing is, the majority of foods people eat actually cause them to become acidic. Being acidic then leads to lethargy, irritability and even illness if the acidic state goes on uncorrected for too long.

Choosing The Right Gift Basket

There are literally millions of companies selling wine gift baskets online these days as evidenced by a basic Google search.

How do you sort through all of them to find the right gift basket for your next Christmas gift?

Personally speaking I can eliminate almost every single gift basket out there because they all ship and feature the same old and tired wines. If I can buy the wine at my local grocery store, I am 100% not interested in buying that gift basket.

Call me a wine snob if you want, but when I purchase a wine gift basket I want it to include a truly memorable wine which is either not available locally, or would be incredibly hard to find locally. It is that sense of uniqueness which makes me think that it is ok to pay a premium for shipping (often $15 dollars or more) when buying a wine gift basket online.
